Islands We Have Visited

Key West

Key West is a very interesting island.  There is a little bit of everything here.  There are mimes and street people playing instruments, juggling, and  performing on the streets and in Mallory Square.    There are many boats and tours for visitors.   Cruise ships are always ashore.   It is a fun place, we enjoyed it here.

We watched the sunset on Mallory Square with a thousand other tourists.    We prefer sunsets on our own boat.   Same sunsets....better view....better companionship.

As we entered Key West, we passed "Liberty".....nice boat name.

Our first night ashore, we tied up to the gas dock for $2.25 per foot........expensive night for us.

We are in our "station-wagon" headed for the dinghy dock to go ashore.
